- Chennai-based fintech start up IppoPay is a payments aggregator that enables small businesses, SMEs, freelancers, and homepreneurs in Tier II, III, and rural areas to collect payments with its POS software. “Ippo in Tamil means NOW. So IppoPay means Pay Now,” says Mohan K, Co-Founder and CEO of Chennai-based IppoPay.
- Mohan explains that the fintech platform lets businesses accept payments via its POS software. It also helps businesses to get invoices along with statistics on business, engagement with customers, and more. IppoPay needs no payment terminal, POS, or swiping machine. Merchants can generate QR codes using its mobile app. “Our platform can also be used to manage subscriptions, automate recurring billing, and get notified for all payment-related activities. There is no setup fee; we have a flat unit pricing model,” Mohan says.
- Foloosi enables businesses to get paid using QR code, payment link, or payment gateway without the need of a POS machine. The Chennai-based entrepreneur says some of the IppoPay’s clients include milk vendors, newspaper boys, chit fund companies, and others in Tier II and III cities in Tamil Nadu.

- KhaaliJeb is a payment, banking, and discounts app for students and youth. The UPI-based app lets users send and receive money, recharge, and pay merchants.
- The KhaaliJeb app works as a a full-fledged UPI PSP app and is powered by Kotak Mahindra Bank. The target segment the app is looking at is students and youths of age 15-29 years. KhaaliJeb claims to have a user base of 37,000 students, and transactions over Rs 1.4 lakh.
- The team is looking at 3 lakh+ downloads and 2.8 lakh+ signups, close to Rs 35,000 in transactions per day, and achieving a value of Rs 3.5 to Rs 4 crore in transaction value by the end of next year.

- Flintoclass@HOME already has one lakh-plus customers across the country, and the team claims the number is doubling every 10 days.

- कर्नाटक के दक्षिण कन्नडा के पुत्तुर में रहने वाले राकेश कृष्ण के. मंगलुरु के एक्सपर्ट पीयू कॉलेज में 12वीं कक्षा के छात्र हैं। पढ़ाई के साथ-साथ उन्होंने किसानों के लिए मशीन बनाई है, जिससे किसान कई तरह की फसलों के बीजों की रोपाई कर सकते हैं।
- उन्होंने अपनी मशीन को ‘सीडोग्राफर’ नाम दिया है, इस नवाचार के लिए उन्हें कई पुरस्कार भी मिले हैं। जिनमें साल 2021 का प्रधानमंत्री राष्ट्रीय बालशक्ति पुरस्कार भी शामिल है, अप्रैल 2020 में SAKURA- International Science Exchange प्रोग्राम के लिए भी चुना गया।
- 2017 में नैशनल इनोवेशन फेस्टिवल के दौरान राष्ट्रपति भवन में भी तत्कालीन राष्ट्रपति प्रणव मुखर्जी को अपने इस अविष्कार को दिखाने का मौका मिला था।

- सरकार की युवाओं को स्वरोजगार के लिए मुमकिन योजना के प्रति बेरोजगार आकर्षित होने लगे हैं। इसके चलते बड़ी संख्या में बेरोजगार रोजगार पाने के लिए मुमकिन योजना के तहत व्यवसायिक वाहन खरीदने के लिए रोजगार एवं परामर्श कार्यालय में आवेदन कर रहे हैं। योजना लाभार्थियों को छोटे व्यवसायिक वाहनों की खरीद के लिए 1.60 लाख सब्सिडी प्रदान की जा रही है और शेष राशि जम्मू और कश्मीर बैंक द्वारा मुद्रा ऋण के तहत प्रदान की जाती है।
- कठुआ जिले के इच्छुक युवाओं से कुल 62 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए हैं, व्यवसायिक वाहनों को खरीदने वाले लाभार्थियों की संख्या 27 हो गई है।
- मिशन यूथ के तहत एक और योजना ''तेजस्वनी'' शुरू की गई है। “यह उन महिलाओं के लिए समर्पित है जिन्होंने 10 वीं कक्षा पास की है और 18-35 वर्ष की आयु वर्ग में आती हैं। उन्हें एक व्यावसायिक इकाई शुरू करने के लिए 5 लाख का ऋण दिया जाएगा।

- सुमित मुंबई में उन बच्चों को चित्रकारी करना सिखा रहे हैं जो बच्चे देख सकने में सक्षम नहीं हैं। ‘रंग गंध’ के साथ सुमित का यह खास सफर बीते 15 सालों से लगातार जारी है।
- समाजसेवी सुमित पाटिल ‘रंग गंध’ नाम के एनजीओ के संचालक हैं। ये बच्चे रंगों को देखकर पहचान नहीं सकते थे तो इसके लिए सुमित ने एक अनूठा उपाय खोज निकाला। सुमित ने हर रंग को एक अलग खुशबू दे दी, जिसके बाद अब बच्चे आसानी से इन रंगों को पहचान पाते हैं।
- सुमित अब तक करीब एक हज़ार से अधिक बच्चों को पेंटिंग करना सिखा चुके हैं। खास बात यह भी है कि इन बच्चों द्वारा बनाई गई तमाम पेंटिंग्स को प्रदर्शनियों में भी शामिल किया जा चुका है।
